NoMoVig provides sports odds analysis tools including no-vig fair line calculations, edge detection, and best-price comparison across sportsbooks. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
3. Not Financial or Gambling Advice
NoMoVig does not provide financial, investment, or gambling advice. All information provided is for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions and any resulting losses. Past edge percentages are not a guarantee of future results. Always bet responsibly and within your means.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where sports betting is legal to use this Service. By using NoMoVig, you represent that you meet these requirements.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
6. Subscriptions and Billing
NoMoVig offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to recurring billing at the rate displayed at checkout. You may cancel at any time through your account's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute NoMoVig data without permission
- Use the Service to build a competing product
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any feature restrictions
- Share your account with others
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by NoMoVig and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any odds data. Sportsbook lines can change rapidly and data may be delayed.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoMoVig shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including betting losses, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
